NEW LIFE YOUTH CAMP CENTRAL 2026
Every year one of the biggest highlights for New Life Youth has been camp. All the youth in our New Life Movement from the Hawkes Bay to Wellington have gathered in the April holidays for an epic few days at camp - and this year will be no different! There is something special and significant about going away to seek God for a few days together at a camp. It creates a new hunger for the things of God and builds long lasting friendships with each other.
All the info that you will need to know about camp is included in this letter. However, if you do have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with a youth leader. We are excited to spend these few days with your young person and expectant that this will be a powerful camp that will change their life!
COST
Camp costs $250 per person. Special dietary requirement registrations incur a $30 extra cost.
As a church we are doing fundraising to help bring the cost down for each youth’s registration (exclusive of dietary). The cost for our Connect Youth will be $100.
DATES AND TIMES
Camp is at El Rancho in Waikanae from Wednesday the 8th of April to Friday the 10th of April. You need to drop your youth off from 10.30am on the 8th and pick them up at 12pm on the 10th.
ACCOMMODATION & GEAR LIST
Everyone will be sleeping in cabins at El Rancho during the whole of camp. All cabins will be separated by genders with a youth leader overseeing them. At no time during camp will it be acceptable for youth to leave the site or to be in or around cabins of the opposite gender.
As well as the usual items you would pack to go away somewhere for a couple of nights your teenager will need to bring a pillow, sleeping bag, togs, towel and old clothes in the colour of their tribe.
YOUTH LEADERS
Each year we have a very capable team of Pastors, Leaders, selected adults and security that will look out for all those that are attending. It is our goal to do everything we can to help them have the best experience at camp, while keeping them safe the entire time. Only leaders will have access to the caregiver contact details provided in the registration form to contact you if they need to.
REGISTER & PAYMENT
On receiving your payment, we will register your child and you will receive a conformation email. No child will be registered unless payment has been cleared.
Please ensure you read the Terms and Conditions on page 3 of this form carefully before completing your payment. By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to them.

DISCLAIMER
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child attending New Life Youth Camp Central, you acknowledge that participation in camp activities involves inherent risks. While every reasonable precaution is taken to provide a safe and supervised environment, you consent to your child attending with an understanding of these risks.
REFUNDS / TRANSFERS
We understand that circumstances can change so if your child is unable to attend, registrations may be transferred to another child through your youth leader.
If you wish to cancel a registration, notice must be given to your youth leader by 31 March 2026.
No refunds will be issued after this date, as final numbers and full payment must be confirmed with the venue by 1 April 2026.
MEDICAL TREATMENT CONSENT
You authorise New Life Youth leaders and Connect Youth leaders to seek emergency medical, hospital, or ambulance assistance for your child if deemed necessary.
Every reasonable effort will be made to contact you or your listed emergency contact prior to medical treatment being administered. You acknowledge responsibility for any medical, hospital, or ambulance costs incurred.
While all reasonable care will be taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of participants, you acknowledge that participation in camp activities involves inherent risks. By registering, you agree to release and hold harmless New Life Youth Camp Central leaders and authorised team members from liability for any injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur during the event, except in cases of negligence.
INVOLVEMENT CONSENT
You give permission for the registrant to participate in activities offered at the event.
New Life Churches New Zealand and/or Connect Youth leaders reserve the right to decline or withdraw a registration on medical or other reasonable grounds where participation may pose a risk to the individual or others.
MEDIA CONSENT
Photographs, video footage, and audio recordings may be taken during camp activities. New Life Churches New Zealand and/or Connect Church may use this material for promotional, communication, and ministry purposes, including print, digital, and social media platforms.
By completing registration, you consent to your child’s image and likeness being included in such material.
If you have any concerns or do not wish for your child to be included, please contact us prior to camp so we can make appropriate arrangements.
PROPERTY DAMAGE
You acknowledge responsibility for any costs arising from damage caused by your child to property or equipment while attending camp at El Rancho.
